Location
The pickup point is located at South beach in Miami, Florida. The exact location will be revealed when booking.
Parking
You may find parking around the pick up point, which will be detailed in the reservation email.
What should I bring?
The experience includes a rescue boat trip and knowing how to swim. We recommend bringing a swimsuit and casual clothing. Essential shoes that can get wet. It is always a good idea to bring sunscreen, towels and any medications you need. Gloves can come in handy.
You can bring your phone with you, but remember that it can fall into the water. Otherwise you can leave it on the boat.
You can also bring food and drink of your choice but remember that this is not exactly a picnic.
Return policy
Please read our return policy when you go through the booking system. But remember if you are late by 15 minutes or more, your payment is not refundable and the booking is not changeable.
In case of bad marine weather conditions at sea, the experience may be canceled and you will get a refund.
Safety
Every participant must know how to swim, and be able to ride in an inflatable boat. Our boat is piloted by USCG Captains.
